At Crag to Crag, we partner with trusted third-party suppliers to fulfill and ship our products directly to you. This allows us to offer a wider range of climbing gear, apparel, and accessories while keeping operations efficient and accessible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to one of our fulfillment partners for shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Because we use multiple suppliers, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the item(s), destination, and supplier.

Some orders may experience delays in tracking updates, especially for international shipments. This is normal and does not indicate a lost package.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
