Crag to Crag operates primarily using a dropshipping fulfillment model, meaning products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers.


Pricing & Payments
 

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers supported by Wix.

  • We do not store or have access to full payment card information.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues.


Order Acceptance & Cancellation


​         Orders are not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion.

  • If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method when applicable.


Shipping & Delivery


Shipping times and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed.


Crag to Crag is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.


Returns & Refunds


Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which should be reviewed prior to purchase.
